Focus - Where does it come from?

In Lorenzo's Land?   /  motogp.com
30 minutes before MotoGp race there are people going crazy, flashing lights, cameras and journalists everywhere on  paddock and you should focus there?! I really dont understand how on earth they do it, riders who's life is threaten by one single thing that disturbs their focus!
I had done some research and asked from couple racers that how they focus before the race. I got almost same answers from racers and psychologists who had specialize in racing. Main thing was to focus on your own way, which calms you and make your head go on the "racing bubble". You have to picture the perfect race in your head, how the start would go, first corners, first laps and where you could make your moves.

Many riders wants to be alone, maybe listen some music, what we all had seen Lorenzo doing before the race. Going around the track in your head and thinking about the corners and perfect lap is something which some riders do too. And most important thing is to put yourself a goal and go for it!

Then there are those guys too who just walks around the paddock and chat with people, I really dont know is that their way to focus, do they just wanna relax and dont think about the race too much and wont let the nerves come out or do they just not care? Nobody knows but it actually doesnt matter how you focus if you just do a great race!
